• If a bet cannot be processed due to a technical issue, it is automatically voided and the amount is refunded.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned:

• If a match or event is cancelled before it begins, all stakes are refunded in full.

• In cricket, if a match is reduced due to rain, results determined by the DLS method will be considered valid.

Prohibited Activities:

• Betting via bots or any automated software is strictly prohibited.
